About the Project
Section titled “About the Project”True ValueHub is a centralized knowledge and resource platform designed to deliver accurate, accessible, and actionable information to its users. The True ValueHub Documentation was created to guide users, contributors, and administrators through platform navigation, content management, resource discovery, and system-level integrations within the True ValueHub ecosystem.
The project documentation was created to help end users, content managers, and platform administrators understand the platform architecture, content organization, search and discovery features, user roles and permissions, and configuration settings for applications running within True ValueHub.
My Role
Section titled “My Role”As the Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist for this project, I was responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the technical documentation for True ValueHub.
I structured platform architecture documentation and configuration guides using MDX and Markdown formats, authored onboarding and setup walkthroughs, documented platform-level features including content management and user role management, and ensured the documentation addressed the needs of both end users and administrative teams.
