About the Project

TAAX Pro is a modern digital trading and financial management platform designed to help users manage transactions, monitor account activities, perform digital asset operations, and interact with trading services through a streamlined interface and API ecosystem. The TAAX Pro Documentation project was created to provide developers, administrators, and end users with a complete understanding of the platform’s features, workflows, onboarding process, and API integrations.

My Role

As the Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist for this project, I was responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the complete technical documentation for TAAX Pro.

I structured the documentation using MDX and Markdown formats, created onboarding and setup guides for platform users, documented REST API endpoints and authentication workflows, and developed detailed step-by-step user guides for dashboard operations and platform configurations. I also ensured the documentation remained developer-friendly, easy to navigate, and aligned with the platform’s operational workflows and technical requirements.
