About the Project
Section titled “About the Project”LocAI is an AI-powered localization and translation platform designed to help development teams automate and streamline the translation and localization of software applications, websites, and digital content. The LocAI Quickstart Documentation was created to guide developers through platform setup, API authentication, project initialization, translation workflow configuration, and integrating LocAI into existing development pipelines.
The project documentation was created to help developers, localization engineers, and platform integrators understand project setup procedures, supported file formats, API endpoint usage, translation job creation, language pair configuration, webhook notifications, and CI/CD pipeline integration for automated localization workflows.
My Role
Section titled “My Role”As the Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist for this project, I was responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the technical documentation for the LocAI Quickstart.
I structured quickstart guides and API reference documentation using MDX and Markdown formats, authored step-by-step onboarding walkthroughs for new platform users, documented translation workflow configuration and API endpoint parameters, and ensured the documentation provided a fast, clear path for developers to integrate LocAI into their software development and deployment workflows.
