About the Project

TrendSpider is an advanced trading platform designed for traders of all levels. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools for technical and fundamental analysis, strategy development, trade timing, and execution. With features like automated pattern recognition, real-time data, and backtesting, TrendSpider helps users make informed trading decisions. The platform supports various trading styles, including algorithmic, discretionary, and quantitative trading, providing powerful insights and streamlined workflows for better trading efficiency.

My Role

As a Documentation Writer for TrendSpider, I created over 150 product guides and user manuals for their charting and technical analysis software. I designed structured templates, collaborated with the product owner, and remotely accessed the application to understand its features. This allowed me to craft user-friendly content enriched with annotated screenshots and GIFs. Working closely with the product and development teams, I ensured all documentation remained accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with user feedback and new releases.
