My Role

As a Technical Writer for this project, I was responsible for creating and structuring API documentation within TouchBasePro’s developer portal. The client had already developed the platform, and my role was to produce clear, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate documentation for their API services, enabling seamless integration for developers. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability. By simplifying complex technical concepts, I helped make TouchBasePro’s API more accessible, empowering developers to integrate email marketing capabilities efficiently into their applications
