My Role
I wrote structured help center articles covering account setup, number configuration, SIM management, and feature walkthroughs for Telnyx’s consumer-facing support site - including guides on HD voice number features, SIP trunk configuration, and SIM setup, matched in depth and format to what a fast-moving fintech or infrastructure product needs from a help center.
