CultuzzAPI (Room DB)

About the Project

CultuzzAPI (Room DB) is a hotel and hospitality data integration platform designed to manage, synchronize, and distribute hotel room database information across booking systems, channel managers, and travel technology platforms. The platform helps hospitality providers centralize room inventory, availability, pricing structures, room metadata, and accommodation-related information through structured API services.

The CultuzzAPI (Room DB) Documentation project was created to guide developers, hotel technology partners, and system integrators through API authentication, room database synchronization, room mapping workflows, property configuration, availability management, pricing integration, and endpoint usage for hotel inventory management systems.

The documentation was structured to help users understand room inventory synchronization processes, supported request and response schemas, room categorization structures, API authentication methods, webhook notifications, and integration procedures with third-party hospitality systems and booking engines.

My Role

As the Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist for this project, I was responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the technical documentation for CultuzzAPI (Room DB).

I authored API reference documentation, onboarding and integration guides, endpoint parameter explanations, authentication setup instructions, and room synchronization workflow documentation using MDX and Markdown formats. I also structured developer-friendly API documentation to simplify room database integration processes for hotel management systems, travel platforms, and channel manager integrations.

The documentation was written to provide developers and integration partners with a clear and efficient implementation path for connecting hospitality applications with the CultuzzAPI (Room DB) platform.
