My Role
I was responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, tutorials, API documentation, and FAQs, to help users maximize the benefits of InstaWP’s features. Collaborating closely with developers and content managers, I ensured all documentation remained accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, ultimately enhancing the user experience and streamlining the onboarding process for new customers.
