About the Project

Fungies.io is a no-code platform that enables indie game developers and SaaS creators to sell digital products, manage subscriptions, and integrate payment systems with ease. As a technical writer, I focused on developing user guides that made the platform approachable for end users with little to no technical background.

I crafted intuitive documentation that helped users: Set up their storefronts without writing a single line of code. Manage customer subscriptions, product listings, and order tracking. Understand key platform features like payment integrations, webhooks, and analytics in simple, actionable steps.

My Role

As a technical writer for Fungies.io, I was responsible for creating comprehensive user guides and help center content tailored to both end-users and developers. My work involved simplifying complex subscription management, payment handling, and webhook integration processes into clear, actionable documentation. I structured the content for ease of navigation, ensured consistency in tone, and incorporated visuals, tables, and real-world examples to enhance understanding.

As a Technical and API Documentation Writer for Treem Finance, I created and maintained comprehensive resources for developers and end-users. I documented APIs, webhooks, and integration workflows, ensuring clear guidelines on authentication, error handling, and automation. Collaborating with engineering teams, I kept documentation accurate and up to date while enhancing usability with code examples and troubleshooting guides. By simplifying complex technical concepts into structured, user-friendly documentation, I improved the onboarding experience and streamlined integration for Treem Finance’s users.
