My Role
As a Technical Writer for this project, I was responsible for structuring and organizing the knowledge base within their custom-built Documentation Hub. The client had already developed the platform, and my role was to create well-structured, easy-to-navigate documentation for their key applications and AI model products, including the Crate Inspector, Data Migration App, and FirstStep Designer. I worked closely with the development team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability. By simplifying complex technical information, I made it easier for users to understand and utilize FirstStep.ai’s powerful tools effectively.
