About the Project

Aparavi is a data intelligence and automation platform designed to help organizations discover, classify, manage, and optimize unstructured data across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid storage environments. The Aparavi Documentation project was created to guide users, administrators, and developers through platform deployment, data indexing, policy configuration, storage optimization workflows, and API integrations.

The documentation was developed to help IT teams and platform administrators understand system architecture, supported storage connectors, data lifecycle management workflows, retention policies, search and analytics capabilities, compliance monitoring, and automation features for enterprise-scale data governance.

My Role

As the Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist for this project, I was responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the technical documentation for the Aparavi platform.

I structured user guides, onboarding documentation, API references, and administrator manuals using MDX and Markdown formats. I authored step-by-step setup guides for cloud and hybrid storage integrations, documented data governance workflows and policy configuration processes, and ensured the documentation provided a clear and scalable experience for enterprise users managing large-scale data environments.
