About the Project

Voolt is an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses and service professionals build websites and generate leads with minimal effort. In under a minute, users can launch a fully responsive, SEO-optimized website with no technical skills needed. Voolt also automates Google and Meta ad campaigns, bringing qualified leads directly to the dashboard. With built-in tools for site management, analytics, and marketing, Voolt makes it easy for local businesses to grow their online presence without relying on agencies or complex software.

My Role

I led the creation of Voolt’s knowledge base, designing and writing clear, actionable content to help users get started, manage their accounts, and make the most of the platform. This included structuring key sections like Getting Started, Account Management, and Tutorials, with a focus on making the platform easy to understand for small business users. I worked closely with the product and support teams to ensure the content was accurate, up to date, and aligned with user needs as the product evolved.
