My Role

As a Technical Writer for Treem Finance, I was responsible for creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, including the User Guide, Module Design Documentation, Asset Guide, Welcome Guide, and Knowledge Base. My role involved structuring and organizing content to ensure clarity, ease of navigation, and accessibility for users engaging with Treem Finance’s asset tokenization platform. I collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and designers to document key features, workflows, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. By simplifying complex blockchain and digital asset concepts, I helped enhance user understanding, improve onboarding, and support seamless adoption of Treem Finance’s innovative financial solutions.
