My Role

As a Knowledge Base Specialist for a Business Intelligence (BI) platform, I was responsible for setting up a comprehensive Knowledge Base from scratch. I assisted in selecting the right tool for documentation and structured a detailed outline covering conceptual information, feature explanations, and step-by-step procedures for users and administrators. After reviewing a demo and accessing the platform’s web interface, I developed clear and user-friendly help articles. I also incorporated client feedback to refine the documentation, ensuring it was accurate, intuitive, and valuable to their audience
