About the Project

Fuellox is a smart fuel management platform designed to monitor, track, and optimize fuel dispensing operations across mobile and fixed assets. It combines hardware integration with a user-friendly software interface, delivering real-time data, transaction history, and detailed reporting to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.

My Role

As the Technical Writer for Fuellox, I was responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining the complete documentation ecosystem. This included structured user guides, web and mobile app walkthroughs, hardware setup instructions, and API references. I worked closely with developers and product managers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across the documentation. I also introduced visual enhancements using annotated screenshots, diagrams, and MDX-based content to support both end users and technical stakeholders.
