Casolve is a case management platform built for immigration professionals. It simplifies everything from handling documents and tracking cases to managing tasks and communicating with clients. Designed to save time and reduce errors, Casolve brings everything into one place so immigration teams can work smarter and support clients more effectively.

My Role

I was responsible for building and writing Casolve’s knowledge base, making it easy for immigration professionals and their clients to navigate the platform. This included creating clear, structured content around core features like intake questionnaires, client agreements, and contact management. I developed FAQs, how-to articles, and process overviews to help users solve problems independently. My work focused on simplifying complex workflows and ensuring the content stayed accurate, relevant, and accessible as the product evolved.
